KUCHING, 24 FEBRUARY 2017, FRIDAY: Sarawak Energy’s retail and operations arm, Syarikat SESCO Berhad (SESCO) is changing the operating hours of its counter service in Kuching, Sibu, Bintulu and Miri to 8.30am to 4pm daily, effective Wednesday, 1st March 2017.
The new operating hours of the counters which open from Monday to Friday (except for public holidays), is one of the initiatives to streamline the counter operations and offer customers a better customer experience.
According to Yusri Safri, Sarawak Energy’s Vice President for Retail, “We are striving to enhance our customer service delivery with the implementation of new and improved initiatives. The counter will start at 8.30 am instead of 8.00am to give time for the counter staff to conduct morning briefings, preparing them for daily operations.
“As part of our continuous improvement process, we have also rolled out an internalisation programme for our customer service counter staff to enhance customer centric mind-set through various initiatives to ensure standardisation of quality service delivery to our customers,” said Yusri.
